VoLT Management Services LLC is a boutique nonprofit management firm located in Washington, D.C. Established in April 2022, VoLT’s long-term vision is to become the preeminent management firm specializing in the expert administration of records management, information management, and archival organizations.  

The VoLT Team is comprised of professionals with deep experience serving in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. VoLT’s CEO, who oversees the firm’s operations, has over 10 years of nonprofit association management experience, nine of which have come at the executive level within the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA), a well-respected, thriving, and growing government archives and records management professional membership association.

Each individual member of the VoLT Team personifies the founding qualities and spirit of the firm: electric, energetic, and magnetic. Our team is highly qualified and has years of demonstrated success sparking innovation and igniting growth for our clients. We are a dynamic group of specialists who enthusiastically go beyond the call of service, exceed expectations, and take our clients to higher plateaus of growth and success.

At VoLT Management we engage our work with passion and energy. Our core motivation can be found in this phrase, coined by Mr. Hadlock’s great-great-great-grandfather Ole Harmon Olsen: “If work is not a pleasure, what pleasure has the working man?”
