Mr. Johnny Hadlock is VoLT's Owner/CEO. He has more than 19 years of experience working in the nonprofit, for profit, and public sector. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2010 and his Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Mason University in 2014. For the past nine years, he has served as the Executive Director of NAGARA, a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C., where he developed and implemented several new membership benefit offerings, created the new member onboarding and member retention program, increased membership engagement and event offerings, and implemented strategic goals that electrified the association. As a result of his innovative ideas, the membership of NAGARA soared 423%. Mr. Hadlock’s talents in event management resulted in NAGARA’s highest-attended Annual Conference in organizational history. Under his management and leadership, the association’s net assets have increased by 414%, providing the means for long-term organizational sustainability. His success is not only reflected in the data. Mr. Hadlock is highly respected and well liked among the membership’s leaders, volunteers, and members. His reputation as a savvy, energetic, service-oriented association executive professional is well known among NAGARA’s stakeholders and sister associations.

Rebecca Pratt works in VoLT’s membership services department. She earned her Associate’s degree from Utah Valley University and has over 30 years of customer service and leadership experience. Prior to working for VoLT she spent almost 30 years working for Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 company where after managing the customer support department for several years she created a new position and quality department to evaluate and monitor the agent’s phone calls to ensure proper customer service was being offered to their customers all over the world. Rebecca has previously served on the board for a Utah non-profit organization (the Huntington’s Disease Society Utah Chapter) as their secretary and helped them raise a lot of money and awareness towards Huntington’s Disease research.
Rebecca lives in South Jordan, Utah with her husband Brian and they enjoy finally being empty nesters. They love to go to music concerts, Broadway musicals, watch scary movies and love to stay active through exercise. One of Rebecca’s passions is teaching indoor cycling and weights classes at the neighborhood community center. She also loves reading and being part of a dinner book club. Rebecca loves her work at VoLT and her daily interactions with all the wonderful members of VoLT's clients.
